Who Can Join the Storwmater Industry Association

The SIA is an organisation of professionals from all sections of the stormwater industry, including those studying, regulating, designing, supplying components, building and operating systems. Members come from:

local and state government bodies;
consultants;
contractors and construction supervisors;
materials and equipment suppliers, including pipe manufacturers and makers and installers of monitoring equipment;
educators and researchers; and
planners and other professionals who liaise and interact with drainage systems operators.

The objective of a membership with the widest representation is to ensure an integrated approach which has taken into account the sensitivities and imperatives of all sections of the industry.
